Attitude
Attitude: Is a reflection of how you approach things that happen while traveling around the realm.

This new item appears:
 - In your Stats bar
 - In your Bio

While you travel around the realm and do things, your Attitude may change.
 - Depending on what you do, where you go or options you select
 - Attitude is in all parts of the realm; Village, Andalor and both forests.

Nearly 100 different attitudes are already in the game so you should see it change once in a while.

Currently, attitude has no bearing on you or your stats ...for now its a fun thing.

it would make more sense if it would evolve to manipulate stats,
but i think it may be more interesting if it affect randoms instead..

For now it won't / doesn't effect anything.

I do agree ...it could evolve into having an effect on other things.

The tricky part would be to intigrate it into our already complex realm without adverse effects or imbalance.

It would be nice to have some added complexity to the game though.  Wink

I think it gets as complex as you want it to be. There are different sorts of goals you can set for yourself, or not. I've just learned to pace myself slowly.

Ah so that's what it's about!

It's quite nice and I do like the idea of it affecting other things, but it should be carefully thought through before implementation. I wouldn't like it if the attitude changed during preparations for the dragon for doing something insignificant, like visiting a place, and find myself at a disadvantage against the dragon. Or maybe there could be an attitude like over prepared, which would reduce stats when you have too many buffs active? That would change the preparation for the dragon from getting whatever you can to getting whatever you can while not invoking over prepared. Don't know if the others would like that, but it could be a step towards more strategy? Cheesy

Oh well, lots of possibilities here! And if the change is one day implemented I would probably try to seek them all to see what affects what, now that would give me lots of stuff to do. Cheesy

possible effects for a few of the attitudes, and as the attitudes seem to change rather often(at least for me they do, except empowered, that one stays alot) i dont think it would be too imbalanced

cheapskate = less gold from fights 2% (maybe a different %)
humatarian = more gold from fights 2% (maybe a different %)
enpowered = +.25 attack buff (increased each new you keep the attitude)
alert = + .25 defense buff (increased each new you keep the attitude)
cupid adored = positive charm on random forest events, ie old man, pond etc
cupids craplist = negative charm on random forest events, ie old man, pond etc
informed = + 1 mana on a new day
helpful = increased % of helping forest events ie maidens old mans etc
drained = - 1 hp per round in fights

and maybe when you receive a gift from someone that could also change your attitude, like say the four leaf clover would make you lucky, the wooden spoon would make you hungry, something along those lines, and maybe the curses could effect your attitude too(if they dont already)

Part of Attitude should be fate, but perhaps a part should be improved if you play somewhat regularly?
Attitude should not be something that can be manipulated(like .
